We ship worldwide using premium, fully tracked services. Each order is hand-packed in our eco-conscious packaging, made from FSC-certified and recycled materials, designed to protect your garments and elevate your unboxing experience.

UNITED KINGDOM

  • Standard Delivery (2–4 business days) – £4.95

  • Express Delivery (1–2 business days) – £9.95

  • Complimentary shipping on orders over £150

All UK orders are shipped via trusted, tracked services. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves our studio.

EUROPE

  • Standard International (5–7 business days) – £20

  • Express International (2–4 business days) – £35

Customs duties and VAT are calculated at checkout, ensuring a seamless delivery experience.

REST OF WORLD

  • Standard Worldwide (7–10 business days) – £30

  • Express Worldwide (3–5 business days) – £45

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx, offering premium, secure delivery to your door.
Taxes and duties are displayed at checkout where applicable.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
During collection launches or peak periods, dispatch times may extend slightly, we appreciate your patience as each parcel is packed by hand at The House of Saint Brown.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For international deliveries:

  • Duties and taxes are displayed at checkout (Delivered Duties Paid, where available).

  • Some regions may require local import taxes upon delivery if DDP is unavailable.
